Accountant Assistant, Admin Assistant

Description
 
Main job tasks and Responsibility:

1. Accountant Assistant (1pos, M or F)

Duties & Resposibilities:



- Daily data entry into accounting system
- Assist in preparing invoice
- Assist in issue receipt voucher for customers
- Assist in following up collection from customers
- Assist in bank deposit, withdraw and transfer fund
- Assist in posting invoice into accounting system
- Collect fee from small vendors
- Prepare overtime report
- Prepare monthly tax declaration
- Prepare annual tax declaration
- Assist in submission monthly tax declaration to tax department
- Assist in filling accounting document in a good manner
- Other task assign by supervisor
- Assist in customer service

- Do other task as assigned by Finance Manager.

2. Admin Assistant (1pos, M or F)

Duties & Resposibilities:

Monitor staff attendance and leave administration

- Review and update employee rules and regulations

- Maintain the human resource information system and employee database

- Recruiting staff

- this includes developing job descriptions, preparing advertisements, checking application forms, short listing, interviewing and selecting candidates.

- Working with local authority to ensure the employment is compliance with Cambodia Labor Law and government regulation.

- Assist management team to solve daily tasks or problems inside company

- Developing policies on issues such as working conditions, performance management, equal opportunities, disciplinary procedures and absence management

- Maintaining and controlling Office Stationary and Fixed-Asset

.- Other related as assigned by Administration Manager.
Education and Requirments:

1. Accountant Assistant:

Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Accounting & Finance, Accounting & Audit, Accounting & Tax and Finance & Banking.
- A recognized degree of accounting discipline
- Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting and tax
- Demonstrated ability to work with and across different teams
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Good negotiation and influencing skills
- Good writing & speaking in English
- Knowledge of accounting system is a plus
- Tax agent certificate is a plus

2. Admin Assistant:



Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance & Banking, Management, Law or in Related field.

- Minimum experience at least 1 year

.- Excellent communication skills, good judgment ability and multi

‐tasking skills.

- Ability to change direction in response to a fluctuating work environment.

- Knowledge of computer application Microsoft office suite.



- Fluently speaking/writing/listening English. - Able to work under pressure and team work
